(Update) Two 11-Year-Old Missing Westhampton Girls Found Safe

UPDATE: Both girls were found uninjured and have been reunited with their families, state police said. They were playing and lost track of time. A Westhampton town employee found them and helped bring them home.

State troopers do not have photos of the girls available. This story will be updated with their photos once they are released.

State police are asking for the public's help to find two 11-year-old girls who did not return home from school on Friday, April 28, in Westhampton.

The girls were last seen walking toward the area of a gravel pit near Perry Hill Road.

State troopers, K9 teams, detectives, and helicopters are assisting in the search. Anyone who may have seen the girls or have any information is asked to call 911 immediately.
